Your Song

   The son of Trivia walked Annalise home on a Saturday night after dinner. Annalise had been talking about what had happened when the waitress had fallen over the top of their table and fell strait onto Vince's spaghetti.
  "-Although she didn't seem very clumsy, she is." Annalise giggled wildly, she seemed to be in a great mood. Her hair had been dyed a red this time, she had it braided down her back. She was in her Camp Jupiter shirt with light blue shorts, her probatio tablet hung loosely on her neck.
  "You're telling me? She wasn't even that pretty and she fell in my spaghetti?" He said with a sarcastic tone, she laughed loudly with him. He ran his fingers through his thick dark locks, his brown eyes focused on the small daughter of Aurora. He gazed down at his tattoo, it was plastered to his tan skin, he still felt as if it were burning.
  "Ahem, so our anniversary is coming up in a few weeks," She said happily skipping down the sidewalk as Vince walked faster to catch up.
  "I know, I am still trying to figure out what we're going to do." He said shoving his hands into his sweatpant's pockets, she continued to skip but slowed down a bit.
  "Why not go to see 'The Vow', I hear it's a romantic comedy." She said side by side with him now, slipping her hand into his. "I guess if you want to," He said with a shrug. But a sudden thought crossed his mind, as soon as he looked into her blue eyes he realized just how lucky he was to have her. He was just lucky someone as nice as her was with him.
  "Vince, Vince are you okay?" She asked shaking his shoulders roughly. "Wha... Yeah, I'm fine. Sorry, dazed off," He said dreamily, she giggled and drug him down the streets of San Francisco, as he led her to her house.
   They arrived at the house as he went to drop her off,   "Umm, I had a great time tonight... as usual," He said awkwardly, she just laughed and held both of his hands. Her smile faded along with his as they stared into each other's eyes deeply, Vince went down to kiss her but the door beside them opened.
  "Ahem," A rough voice said, Annalise rolled her eyes. "Dad, really?" Dimitri Pipkin stood leaning against the doorway.
  "You're three minutes late," He said gruffley, Vince took a step backwards, "Sorry, sir. Won't happen again." He said quickly, Dimitri walked into the house with Annalise behind him.
   Vince went to leave but Annalise ran back out and quickly kissed him, "Good night." She said smiling and running back inside. Vince's face turned pink as he stumbled down the stairs on his way home. Tonight he realized that he and Pippy had a bright future ahead.
